Now you've set the pace it will be good to see if someone else can top the 1000-word mark. The key trick is to &amp;quot;turn off the interruptions&amp;quot;. Since that may seem painful, it's good to promise yourself a treat afterwards if you reach your set goal. It's no different to the gym - if you jog 5kms one day, try to at least reach the same goal the next. Then work at pushing your boundaries. Happy writing!&lt;/p&gt;
