Well hel-loooo Mummy!
I have discovered that two of my friends are pregnant. I've known about one for a couple of weeks, and another sprang it on me today.
Don't worry, I'm not going to publicly out you by name - that's your job :-) - but I just wanted to say

again to you both (and your wonderful partners, who I can imagine have been looking slightly bewildered in a very cute way for a couple of months:-)
You are both going to be wonderful mothers, and I look forward to meeting the wonderbabies next year.
