I'm a married woman now - I can let myself go a bit.

So, the wedding was on Sunday, and a good time was had by all (I hope).

Ben and I got ready together at home with our bridal party, and headed off to Rebold Hill for photos. Our ceremony started at 5pm, so we thought we should take advantage of sunlight and have photos taken earlier. It also meant that guests didn't have to wait around for a couple of hours in between the ceremony and the reception.

So, the ceremony was at the top viewing deck at the Bell Tower. I don't remember much of it (I was very nervous*), but we did have a surprise bell ringing (Ben's dad organised it) and bubbles (left over from Ben's sister's wedding). So if you heard the bells ringing late on Sunday afternoon, it was because of us!

Our reception was at Fraser's, or the King's Park Function Centre. We had a lot of fun, and were among the last to leave. We figured we only get married once, we might as well enjoy it as long as we can/want to.

So there you have it, me married. A couple more photos are in the gallery, even more available by request. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a lot of leftover cake to attend to...

*I know, it must come as a surprise to you all. "Sanna, nervous? Surely not! She is such a calm presence amongst us that she should have an eastern philosophy devoted to her", you must be saying. But it's true - at least on this one occasion I was a bit of an emotional wreck.
