However, voting &amp;quot;yes&amp;quot; is signifying that you agree with the importance of testing and validating the verbal communication and interpersonal skills of the &amp;quot;person&amp;quot; as much as the content they have mastered or written about (or had help with the writing of). (And *that's* definitely a sentence ending with a preposition!)&lt;/p&gt;
